Search Newsgroups for Answers to Commonly Asked Questions

This is a new service to help new survivalists (newbies). Often when first using newsgroups such as alt.survival and misc.survivalism newbies ask the same questions ad-infinitum which is considered bad manners.

The easiest way to see if you questions have already been answered, and avoid the possibility of being flamed, is to run a search through a news provider such as Google Groups. I have taken the liberty of setting up some of the most commonly asked questions below. Clicking on a link will automatically search for the relevant news postings.
